Second, we are going to begin creating a timeline of the history of photography, which we will update throughout the first semester.  I will walk you through creating it.

Elements we are including on the timeline today: YOUR birthday, The first permanent Image created, the first image of a person, end of WWI, Kodak's first Brownie Camera (1905), Kodachrome film, first digital camera for sale, end of WWII, First Cell Phone camera (2002), First iPhone, Adobe Photoshop Released, daguerreotype, ambrotype, tintype, LIFE magazine begins (1936), National Geographic magazine begins.
